Hi everyone, I am Badriya AL Khaifi a certified professional coach and a certified trainer. I've been helping students succeed in both their academic and personal lives for years, where I help them find their passion and use their strengths and talents to enter the career world with ease. I'm a wife and a mother who has been working in the admission and registration center at the University for the past 18 years. However, I decided that I can use my expertise in a more professional way. Thus, I started searching for my real passion for helping people find their true selves, discover what they really want to be, and create their own path rather than just following the wind. For that reason, I become a Career and Empowerment Coach. I'm also the head of the cultural committee in the Rustaq women association in my hometown in the Sultanate of Oman, in which we empower women to fulfill their roles in society. Volunteering is just amazing because you get to know your hidden talents and your true empathetic self. This selfless act makes you realize that the happiness you get from serving others is an instant reward. When it comes to Coaching, I launched my business this year, and ever since I was able to coach startups by working on their limiting beliefs, habits, and environments that are preventing them from presenting their true selves and getting the ball rolling. Thus, living a life full of joy and accomplishments as well as accepting your current status and the progress you are making to reach the next level is what we can work on together. Finally, when I'm not working, I spend my time reading, listening to music, and learning all about the self-development field. Whatever your story is, I am willing to hear it with passion.
