Hi, Dalal here! I’ve always been a positive person, motivating, and helping family members and friends become better versions of themselves. I even made sure to create a support bubble for my loved ones and people who seek my help, in order for them to break out of their slump! How did it all start? Well after I got married and had my first child, I reached out to a “Health Coach” thinking she was a nutritionist who will get me back on track. Surprisingly, she was more like a therapist and always reminded me to take care of myself – which mothers forget to do. How she slowly helped me change back to the positive person I was, really intrigued me. Juggling work, motherly duties, and exercise was a lot to handle but I still felt something was missing… So, when a cousin of mine began studying Health Coaching, I decided that was it! That was my calling and I had to take a leap of faith! I graduated while pregnant and began my journey of helping all those who are stuck and facing problems related to self-confidence, weight gain, acne... due to unhealthy habits, and convincing them to break the diet culture. My advice for you, as cliché as it may sound, is to wake up early, eat right, move, soak in the sun, and smile. You must not take life seriously and make sure not to lose yourself while taking care of others!
