Hello My name is Karam Al Souki, and I am a certified personal trainer, accredited in Europe, the USA, and the UAE. I hold a HIIT instructor certificate and I have completed multiple work-shops at the Sports Performance Institute (SPI), which is a fitness and sports education organization that provides educational programs to personal trainers and coaches in Canada, the Middle East and China. I come from a family whose members are very passionate about sports; and having a wrestling champion for a father definitely inspired me to pursue my own career in sports and fitness from a very young age. I trained tae kwon do, kick boxing and football as a child and teenager, and I currently have 2 years of experience as a trainer. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves in-side and out. I admit that getting fit and healthy can be very difficult and frustrating, and this is because there is so much conflicting and fake information out there especially from individuals who are not professionals,not qualified and do not have certifications to be trainers. But guess what? You’re not alone. My aim is to offer you the real professional assistance that you need to achieve your goals the right way. I offer health, fitness and performance training, advanced weight training, and advanced stretching techniques that are essential for a lean and fit physique. I specialize in helping people with chronic conditions find their own unique healing path using proven techniques and personal experience to empower you to not only live within your condition, but to thrive. I also specialize in training professional athletes (football players, etc.) whose training requires specific and detailed program and techniques tailored to the movement of the muscles they use for the specified sport. I also usually work with people who suffer from chronic diseases (such as diabetes and heart diseases), the elderly, and people who suffer from other physical problems including chronic back pain, knee and neck problems, and bone problems. I help my clients overcome their pain and ease their struggles by teaching them the right techniques and workouts that suit their bodies and their health issues they are facing. I provide personal training sessions both online and at my clients’ homes, with or without equipment depending on the client’s preferences.
