Hello, I’m Leila Ghaddar! I’m a Holistic Creative Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher, and Special Educator. I hold a masters degree in Art Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton, and I am registered at the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK. I have over 10 years of experience and offer therapy in English, Arabic, and French. I also hold numerous certifications, including certificates in Emotional Freedom Technique & Thought Field Therapy, Pranic Healing, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitatation, Kids Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and Afrobeats Fitness Dance. I specialize in the whole spectrum of being human and have worked with anxiety, depression, acute mental ill-health, eating disorders, autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and learning and intellectual difficulties. At the heart of my work lies the understanding that we all have the capacity to self-heal, because we are all a part of nature, and nature is self-sustaining, self-regenerating, and self-healing. In a world where sustainability is recognized, why not apply it to ourselves? Can you imagine a world where we are all our own healers and where we can help ourselves thrive, along with others, and our environment? From a young age, I have been an outsider looking in; dancing between interacting with the world, and stepping on the sidelines to observe. I became passionate about using my own experiences as raw material to understand the world around me, finding belonging within creativity and nature. By tapping into creative modalities, playfulness, and introspection, I realized the importance of intuitive awareness early on. With age, I became increasingly curious about the nature of being human; what helps us flourish, and what causes us to decay, all while experiencing the highs and lows of flourishing and decaying myself. Coming to a constantly evolving understanding that, like nature, we are always changing, constantly blooming, dying, and rebirthing. While riding the waves of life, I began to understand that I have everything I need within me to heal myself. And you do too. I am still learning, and will continue to learn and unveil the infinite possibilities that we all possess to grow, change, live fully, and thrive. We all have our own truths and meanings about life, and I can certainly guide you into your own sovereignty. My goal is to provide a space that supports you on your journey of healing and self-exploration by guiding you to the tools within yourself that will sharpen your intuition and reveal a world of infinite wisdom. Through the mind-body-spirit connection, creativity, and nature as our guide, I am here to hold the torch as you delve into the depths of your being. Are you ready to thrive and live a purposeful, connected life? It all starts with you! Feel free to explore my website at wisdom-within.co
