Hello, we are Kohar Eid and Tamer Sleem! I am Kohar, a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), with 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. My husband, Tamer Sleem, is an ISSA certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist as well, currently specializing in bodybuilding. Our fitness journey began when we took the decision to reinvent ourselves and enhance our health, both physically and mentally, because we weren’t feeling our best. This goes way beyond physical appearance and covers performance, mindset, and motivation. After changing my life around, I became inspired to pursue a career in fitness, and so was Tamer. Today, our goal is to have the most positive impact on the lives of the people we work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. Tamer and I both work as sports and fitness consultants in the food industry at a center that promotes healthy dieting by selling healthy food. Our aim is to encourage people -including employees with limited time like us, families, and couples who wish to train together- to become healthy and fit in spite of time constraints. We hope to achieve this goal by dealing with each individual from a personal standpoint and through a tailored approach. I always take into consideration the lifestyle and workout preferences of each client, which allows me to customize a unique program that revolves around their likings. I pay particular attention to teaching my clients the right techniques and workout routines, in addition to always making sure I provide them with alternative routines that fit them better. I also help my clients incorporate new positive habits and make sustainable lifestyle changes that help them get closer to the final step of their fitness journey. The main idea I love to convey is the following: in order to achieve the level of fitness and positive body image that you desire, it is crucial to understand your body and how it works. You need to give yourself time to discover the foods, habits, and sports that work best for you and those that do not. That said, taking care of your body is indispensable for both your physical and mental well-being, and it can be done by anyone by following simple steps provided by experienced professionals. That being said, we want each person to achieve their health and fitness goals by providing them with not only a customized diet and training plan, but also with all the emotional support needed for their success because we believe that the latter is more important than anything else in the fitness and body transformation journey. I seek to inspire my clients by showing them that it is possible to change since I personally have a full-time job yet I was able to change. Currently, we provide online personal training sessions. We are also building an easy-to-access online platform exclusive to our clients where personalized materials, tips, and diet plans will be posted to help them reach their goals from the comfort of their homes.
